EnterSarawak Application is no longer needed for:
Malaysian Citizens (without overseas travel history for the past 14 days)
Non-Malaysian Citizens (whom have been residing in Malaysia for the past 14 days or more)
Fill in e-Health Declaration Form (eHDF)

*Declaration is valid for 12 hours ONLY.
QR Code will be given after filling in the e-Health Declaration Form.
Please screenshot and present it to the officer on duty upon arrival.
Make sure MySejahtera status is "Low Risk" or "Casual Contact No Symptoms
Status other than "Low Risk" or "Casual Contact No Symptoms will be denied entry.
Proof of Vaccination status
Please show proof of vaccination status when asked by officers on duty. Flash your hp with the Digital Health Certificate or the small white card from Ministry of Health.
